Terms of service

Prompt Zero is a prompt engineering workbench that lets you build, test, version, and share AI prompts. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any API keys you store in Prompt Zero. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to:

• Use the service to generate or distribute illegal content.
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users or the service infrastructure.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service without permission.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' data.

You retain full ownership of the prompts and content you create in Prompt Zero. When you share prompts to the community gallery, you grant other users the right to view and fork them under the sharing terms you select. Prompt Zero does not claim ownership of your content.

API keys you store are encrypted with AES-256-GCM and used exclusively to execute AI requests on your behalf. We never share your keys with other users or third parties. You are responsible for any costs incurred through your API keys.

Prompt Zero is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prompt Zero and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings, which will permanently remove all your data from our systems.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Prompt Zero after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
